continued to have audio and can get cable co. menu to show on screen, but any other cable video does not show. What would cause the screen to just go white (while I was watching a program)? Samsung "live chat" tech. says "unusal problem and requires a tech to come out" I trying to educate myself before I talk to any hired tech. Thanks!
