we have a 14mth old sp46l6hv dlp tv and we have no picture or sound .when you turn it n it doesnt make the jingling sound anymore and the screen stays black with 1 flicker of light at first.the timer light and lamp light flashes when you press remote control. i have changed the lamp and this hasnt worked please can you help !!! thanks rachel xxx
