Within the last week a tech from "AT&T Connect Tech", the company that Samsung hooks you up with, came to my house to fix the dreaded white dot problem. About the third time we turned the TV on after the repair we get what looks like a wave or an eyebrow shape about 2/3 the way up the screen. There also appears to be some gray shadows down the screen that follow the pattern of the wave. Does anybody have any ideas? HELP!!!
