I have a samsung dlp 61" model HLT6187SAX/XAA. It was purchased in December 2007 after it came out in November 2007.
Problem: it now flashes blue every 2 or three seconds. The picture is clear but seems to have lost red because it has a greenish/blueish color.

My samsung 50" DLP started "Freeze Framing" in black and white. The unit simply freezes up on an isolation picture. The audio still works and you can change the cable chanels but the picture remains black and white "Freeze Frame". Your instructions were great. Everything worked out without a hitch, except I have some diagonal shadows on the screen. I have checked everything I can including making sure the foam shroud around the lens is clear. What did I do wrong?

My 43" TV a Samsung DLP makes a 4 tone sound and shuts off on it's own. After about a minute I turn it back on and it will stay on for about 10'15 minutes before it shuts off again. Does this mean that the bulb needs replacement?
