I was just given a Panasonic DLP TV, but the problem is, there are parts of the screen that are just magenta, and, also, the overall picture isn't very bright. Is it the color wheel or the lamp? Problem with my panasonic dlp model number PT52LCX15

the ballast doesnt work on my baby anymore and I also went to partstore.com and I couldnt find my part any ideas where can I find it. One more thing is it easy to replace it?????
