my dlp is not turning on after replacing it with a new bulb and after a few seconds it started to make this humming sound. what could be the problem? could it be the ballast or the blower? how can i distinguish which is the problem. thanks.

I recently had my lamp go out on my 15 month old 46" samsung dlp tv so i replaced it...still it didnt turn on...after some troubleshooting i found out it could be a faulty ballast, so i replaced that as well...still, it does not turn on...i guess, the only thing left COULD be a bad color wheel, but my tv is not making any kind of humming...
