i have a 46in toshiba hm84. I just recently replace the bulb. It was working fine for a day or two, but now I hear a humming/clicking noise like the bulb is trying to make contact with the tv connector part. Sometimes this cycles for 5minutes, sometimes 40 minutes before the screen image appears. I was told that the ballist inside the tv may be bad. Is that true? and if so, what's involved in repairing. The tv is just over 2 1/2 years old
