Netflix consumer review

I recently tired netflix. It sounded perfect for my family who prefers to stay in and watch movies rather then go out. We usually rent two or three movies a week from movie gallary in our town, costing us about $15 dollars per week. So signing up for netflix seemed logical even if it was about $20.00 per month for the plan we wanted (3 dvd’s out at a time w/ unlimited rentals per month). We tried it for over a month and were very disappointed. The movies we wanted were available but it took way too long to receive them. Example: we received our first movies on the 3st of the month, we sent them all back on the 5rd of the month. On the 16th we still hadn’t received replacement movies! By the 25th day of the month we still hadn’t received our replacement movies! We spent $20.00 for the month and only were able to watch three movies! I am not sure if it is our small texas town location that caused the significant delay in movie delivery time or if it is solely due to inadequacies in netflix distribution. Either way I do not feel that netflix is an honest company and that they are truly Lying about the estimated delivery time of “about one business day”. It was more then 20 business days! I cancelled our membership, it was easy to cancel, at least they have that part working!

It really depends how far to are from a shipping center, you are right, and it might be tough to make the most of your spending...
